London, tea and allergic reactions.

I arrived in London last Saturday, and what a weekend it's been! 

I arrived at Victoria Station around 9.30 am. My friend Victoria was going to meet me there, but she was nowhere to be seen.. So I texted her, no answer. Called her, no answer. Sent her messages on FB, no answer.. I was starting to get really nervous and worried, she hadn't give me any sign of life since the day before.Three hours later, I got a text message saying she's overslept and that she had no words on how sorry she was! XD So we went to her house, and finally settling down a bit.

Later that night we went to her friends' house to drink and hang out~ It was very nice :)

Yesterday Vicky and me went to~~~~~ CAMDEN! My favorite spot in the world, right behind Tokyo ;)

We did a bit of shopping, I got myself a new coat! It's really nice, but the man who sold it tried to overprice it. Not a chance in hell that the coat costs £90. I got it for £35, could've gone lower, but I'm not very good at haggling XD We walked around 'till 6pm, then went home.

Inside Cyberdog ^^ Everytime I've been here in London, Cyberdog's been change. So I've technically been in 3 different Cyberdog stores XD

We went to this store with lots of special and vintage/antique glasses, was really cool :) (And really expensive!)

The plans for the evening was to bleach my roots and dye my hair violet. But what we didn't exactly plan, was that I had an allergic reaction to the peroxide... 

My skin felt really hot and itching, and I was red like a lobster! My scalp was fine though, but the rest of my body was like a baaad sunburn. I was dizzy, was having a bit of trouble breathing and talking, so we went to the A&E (accident and emergency centre) to figure it out. We waited and waited, and I kept feeling better and better. We waited in all about 3 hours before we went home again, because we never really got any help. Luckily I feel just fine now, but it was a really frightening experience. Now I'm covered in Directions Violet hair dye, with my head wrapped in cling film! I look like a Conehead.

TL;DR: Don't use Jerome Russell bleach kit, you'll end up like an intching lobster.

Tonight we're going to Her Majestys Theatre to see the Phantom of the Opera!! I haven't seen it in about six or seven years, and it's actually the 10th year anniversary from when I saw it for the first time here in London :) So that's nice, I'm really looking forward to it. 

Also, I've had about three cups of tea every day since I got here. They do drink a lot of tea here in England :)

Purple hair! 髪を染めました！

So last night I got tired of having uneven yellow-blonde hair, so I finally dyed it! ...myself! 

I have never dyed my own hair unless it's been black on black, so it was an interesting experience. 

I don't have a double mirror, so I actually had to tape my make up mirror on the wall behind me to see the back of my head.

...But NOW I have to get to school, because today is my last exam, the Japanese oral exam! Aaaah I'm kinda nervous. But I guess it'll be allright, I've been talking to myself in Japanese the last days. I hope that helps.

My hair~

So, now I have carrot hair.

It's no longer red with 10cm brown roots! Yay! 

Yesterday I had this hairstyle, big and curly! Of course, with the damp weather Bergen has it died momentarily. 

Feels good wearing purples and pinks again, without the red hair ruining the look!

Later that day me and a friend when to get some sun, and I soon remembered that UV lights make bleached hair green. And I was wearing UV reactive eyeshadow as rouge. I look like an oompa loompa, haha! Just had to snap a shot:) 

Now I'm not planning to look like an oompa loompa, the plan from now on is this:

1. Bleach once more next weekend, with purple toner to remove the yellow

2. Apply the purple hair colour, and get delicious hair.

I do have a bottle of Stargazer shocking pink, it would be fun to play with both purple and pink.. Not completely sure yet, but I'm sure I'll find out :)

I love walking around town with this darling booming into my ears.

I also miss my hair, as in with no horrible roots. Next week I'll get some money, and then I will start my battle plan; to get purple hair! I don't feel so comfortable in red hair anymore, I don't feel pretty. I guess I have to cut my hair as well since the bleach will fry some off. Fringe? Layered? Shortened, but side-swept fringe? I don't know, I'll probably do all this within the end of the year. :P

Yay!

So I got my Nelly stuff in the mail today, hurrah! The shoes were pretty hard, but fit nicely. I will be expecting sore feet tonight.The hat is insanely comfortable, and didn't look as much as a fur-mullet on me as it did on the model on nelly.com. lol.

 Come winter, I'm ready for you! Pew pew pew! 

I can't wait to go out with this hat tonight. I better start planning my outfit since I don't have much else to do! 

I'm also thinking about dyeing my hair black again...I know I WANT purple hair, but as I'm applying for jobs and my hair is pretty dead as it is, it's not really an option. So.. Black goes with everything, and I know I don't look like a dead possum with it. I do like having red hair, but I'm SO sick of not being able to wear pink (!!), it's ridiculous XD We'll see what I decide to do.

I had a job interview at GameStop last Wednesday, I'm really curious if I'll get the job or not! If not, I'll just keep applying for jobs :) Just keep swimming, just keep swimming as Dory says! It would be awesome to work in a game store though, I need to get in touch with my gamer-habits again!

I'm not dead!!

I've been soo busy with school and such after I got home from my Christmas holiday, I haven't had time to blog or anything!

Eventually I will post some pictures from Christmas and up until now, but I'll do i when I feel like it.. There's too much for one post XD

So, the news are:

We've finally started the Japanese lessons, I'm not exactly struggling yet since I know some Japanese already.. But I'm guessing it'll be hell from next semester on!

I'll be making a sales post pretty soon, I kinda spent wayyyy too much money on alcohol last Friday, haha... hah..ha.....ah. So yeah, selling stuff soon!

I've dyed my hair RED! Finally!

It's a more light, vivid red, but it's so dark here right now x)

I can absolutely not find my lashes nor my lash glue.. So annoying! I wanna do full gyaru make up again soon, but I don't want to do it half-assed :p It's been so long time since I last got really dolled up, I just haven't had time! Or just, not being bothered by actually doing it.

But now I've had enough! Next Saturady some friends and I will celebrate our dear Anne, who turns 20 years old that day! And we will be fabulous!!

Red hair..?

I've thought about this for some time; I want red hair. I want it real bad.

I thiiiink I'll dye it at a hairdresser(!) next year, when I get moneyz!

But, what shade should I choose?

I love the natural red, but I also love fire red...

Are there any pros and cons with having red hair?

Cons: I've heard red pigments are a bitch to get out..

Also, it's hard coordinating red with my other favorite colour, pink.

Pro: Red hair is GORGEOUS.

I've already had pink hair. Twice. So I feel I should try something new this time!

So I feel I have three choices:

Natural red a.k.a Karen Gillan (Doctor who)

Deep red a.k.a Florence (Florence + the machine)

Fire red a.k.a Rihanna

Friday night

Oh boy, what a night!

Had loads of fun.. but wow, I'm still a bit tired XD At first Anne came to me, I did our make up (which turned out FAB) and then we went to a preparty at Thomas' apartment!

I had a bottle of red wine, and spent too much money out on the town. We went to Fincken, Bergens only(?) gay bar to dance! I fell to the floor a couple of times, not really shocking when you think about the amount of alcohol I'd been drinking :P

But all in all it was a great night ;D

Yeeeah still not doing much, life currently consists of spending money I don't have, studying and hanging out with my lovely friends :)

Some weeks ago I bought some fire red clip on extensions from eBay, that I got today!

Don't mind my derpy face ;)

I'm really happy with it, I can't wait to try to curl it! It feels so light and feathery ^^

In between writing my philosphy paper I've been doing some make up, I'm practising for tomorrow!

Don't mind the eyebrows, I'm not doing that. It might look okay on webcam, but it looked horrible irl XDD That was because of my short stubby eyebrows! I couldn't hide them well enough, so this look is obviously only for skyping, messenger etc, haha XD

So what's happening tomorrow?

Me and a little bunch of friends from my class are going to Bergens gay bar, Fincken, to dance the night away being faaaabulous :D Can't wait!
