Dinner

Also, today I made awesome dinner, that doesn't have that much kcal:

Chinese cabbage-wrapped sausage with pesto and tomato!

You need: (for 1 person)

2 normal sized sausages
300 g Chinese cabbage
1/2 Tomato
Pesto
Salt

For the cabbage, I took three leaves and boiled them whole with a bit of salt, to make the wrapping, and the rest I just chopped up and boiled. Sausages cut into 2 pieces each. Slice up tomato in thin strips.
After the cabbage is starting to get mushy, drain all the water out and put the whole leaves on a clean slate (careful, HOT!). The rest of the cabbage you just put on the plate:)
Open up a jar of pesto, smear a thin layer on the cabbage to get some taste, put on the tomato and finally the sausage.
Then roll it up carefully, and put it on your plate!
Make three or four of these babies, and you're good to go!



I calculated a bit, and this dish is about 320kcal, that's not too bad? :)
